One IRS officer waiting posting for the last one year

Seemachal Das, a 1988 batch IRS-IT officer, has been waiting for a regular posting for the last one year. After completing his foreign assignment, he reported back to the cadre, controlling department last summer. But so far he has not been given a regular posting order. One more IRS-IT officer, A K Dube, is also in the waiting list. He was repatriated from ED this year in February.
