Only IAS officer of 1987 batch out of three from CG empanelled as Addl Secretary in GoI

Only one IAS officer belonging to 1987 batch from Chhattisgarh B V R Subrahmanyam out of total three existing officers has been empanelled for holding Additional Secretary/ Additional Secretary equivalent posts in Government of India.
