Panel of IPS officers sent to UPSC for DGP Odisha

The Odisha govt has forwarded a panel of names of senior IPS officers who can be considered as the next Director General of Police (DGP) of the state for clearance. It is learnt that the panel comprises names of about 10 IPS officers. Among the probable candidates are Sudhanshu Sarangi (IPS 1990), Susanta Kumar Nath (IPS 1993) and R.P. Koche (IPS 1993). DGP Odisha Y.B. Khurania is set to retire in August.
