Retired ICAS officer Arun Singhal promoted to JAG

A retired officer of Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS), Arun Singhal, against whom disciplinary proceedings were on, has been promoted to the Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) in the Service with effect from September 2011 after he was exonerated from all charges levelled against him.
