Santosh Sharma CMD, HCL attends Basuki Singh Memorial Cricket Tournament as Chief Guest

Santosh Sharma , CMD, HCL had assured the gathering that HCL will continue to provide patronage and provide all support to take the tournament to a new heights of glory. Arun Kumar Shukla, Director (Operations) and  Naveen Kumar Singh, CVO also graced the occasion. In this edition of the tournament, in which 112 teams from across the states participated. Winner of the tournament takes home cash prize of Rs one lakh. Also teams from the State of Bihar, Orissa and Chhattisgarh participated in the event. BCA, Jamshedpur was the winner of this year tournament. Basuki Singh Memorial Cricket Tournament one of the biggest cricket tournament in Jharkhand which runs for a period of one and half months and ends on 28th December, the death anniversary day of late Basuki Singh. Basuki Singh Memorial Cricket Tournament, is continuously held since last 26 years from the year 1993 in the memory of Basuki Singh, renowned and most popular Trade Union leader of Ghatsila sub-division. Management of HCL paid rich tributes to last  Basuki Singh and Mrs Sangita Sharma, first lady of HCL honoured Mrs Indu Singh wife of late Basuki Singh.
