Seven IAS officers get new responsibilities in Gujarat

Seven IAS officers have been given new responsibilities in Gujarat. Accordingly, Sanjeev Kumar, PS to Chief Minister, will hold addl charge of MD, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. Bharuch.Rajesh Manjhu is posted as Superintendent of Stamps & IG of Registration, Gandhinagar. Rajkumar Beniwal was shifted as Municipal Commissioner, Surat Municipal Corporation. Jenu Devan, Secretary, Finance (Expenditure), will hold addl charge of Revenue Inspection Commissioner & Ex-officio Secretary, Revenue Department. Ms Remya Mohan Muthadath, Commissioner of Municipalities Administration, was assigned addl charge of Secretary, Housing & Nirmal Gujarat, Urban Development & Urban Housing. Ranchit Raj is appointed as Director, Tribal Development with addl charge of Director, SC Welfare and Harshali R Meena assumes charge as District Development Officer, Mehsana.
