Six IAS officers get new assignments in Maharashtra

Half a dozen IAS officers have been given new assignments in Maharashtra. Accordingly, G Sreekanth has been posted as Joint Commissioner, Sales Tax, Aurangabad, while L S Mali was made Director (Disaster Management), Revenue and Forest Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai and V L Bhimanwar is Deputy Secretary (Information Technology), General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. Besides, Rahul Rekhawar has been posted as Managing Director, Maharashtra State Seeds Corporation, Akola; Dr H S Vasekar as Chief Executive Officer, National Rural Livelihood Mission, Navi Mumbai and Prajit Nair was posted as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Sindhudurg.
