Sudhanshu Kumar Tripathi has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Nxtdigital Limited. He succeeds Ashok P Hinduja, who has resigned from the position of Chairman. Besides, Prashant Asher has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the company.
