Some ministries are not interested to give public interest info on websites

Union Home Minister Amit Shah at a RTI function in October 2019 said that the Govt will give maximum information on its websites so that people in general need not submit applications for the want of info, but after this some ministries and departments started uploading only selective information on its websites. Even transfer/ posting info are not being given. These are the public interest info because the govt transfer officers on either on administrative grounds or in public interest. On the other hand, some ministries upload all types of info on websites. Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Telecommunication, Ministry of Finance, Commerce and Industries, Railways and MoD are the Ministries which give maximum info. Now the question is, will the HM's announcements are made for only a few Ministries in the GoI?
