Stefan Hartung is Addl. Director, Bosch Ltd.

Dr. Stefan Hartung has been appointed as Additional (Non-Executive Non-Independent) Director of Bosch Limited. Meanwhile, Peter Tyroller has resigned as Director due to his retirement from the services of Robert Bosch GmbH, promotor of the company. Sandeep N has ceased to be Alternate Director to Peter Tyroller and has been appointed as Alternate Director to Dr. Stefan Hartung.

Sandeep N has been appointed as a Whole-time Director. Besides, Jan-Oliver Roehrl has resigned as Director and Joint Managing Director due to his assuming new responsibility as an Executive Vice -President in Robert Bosch GmbH.
