Subhash Kumar appointed Director, SAARC Secretariat, Kathmandu

Subhash Kumar, IDAS (2011), currently Director, Ministry of Defence, has been appointed to the post of Director, SAARC Secretariat, Kathmandu, Nepal [a Director Level Captive Post of Govt. of India] on deputation basis under the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), for a period of three years.
