Sundaram Multi Pap Ltd re-appoints Amrut P. Shah as MD

Amrut P. Shah has been re-appointed as Managing Director of Sundaram Multi Pap Limited, effective April 1, 2027. Meanwhile, Shantilal P. Shah and Krunal S. Shah have been re-appointed as Whole-Time Directors, effective April 1, 2027. The company has also re-appointed Mrs. Jyoti C. Gala and Mahesh D. Bhanushali as Independent Directors for second terms commencing June 27, 2027.
