Sunil Kumar Bansal has been appointed as the new Director-General of Police (DGP) of Odisha for two years. He will replace incumbent DGP Abhay on Jan 1.1987-batch IPS officer, is currently serving as the Special Director, Intelligence Bureau (IB).
