Two officers in railways to be empanelled later

Empanelment of two railways officers Anjali Goyal and Jaya Varma Sinha has been deferred. While Ms Goyal is the general manager of Banaras rail locomotive factory ,Ms Sinha is an additional member (traffic), Railway Board.
