Utsav Shukla gets posting as Director, Traffic Transportation (POL), Railway Board

Utsav Shukla, who is presently posted in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been transferred to the Railway Board and posted as Director, Traffic Transportation (POL). He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
