Vendors not to bear MDR, decides not to accept UPI payments above र2000

In the Delhi- NCR several small vendors have displayed notices, which says, 'Please do not make payment more than Rs 2,000 if you are using UPI. They have already decided that they will not bear the extra 0.04 percent burden. The govt has proposed the said fee from October 14 which will be borne by vendors not by the customer.
