Vineet Gupta, presently serving as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction) [CAO(C)], Western Railway (WR), has been transferred to the Indian Railways Institute of Civil Engineering (IRICEN) and posted as Director General. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
