Vinod Kumar Paswan, who was formerly serving as Chief Engineer/Road Safety Works (CE/RSW), Headquarters, Eastern Railway (ER), has been deputed to RITES Limited as Group General Manager (Civil), Gurugram, for a period of three years with effect from July 16, 2026. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
