Were corruption and poor law and order charges behind Delhi CP Satish Golchha’s ouster?

If sources are to be believed during the tenure of outgoing CP, Delhi Satish Golchha, the govt was not satisfied with Delhi's law and order situation. Sources said that CBI also made some arrests of Delhi Police officials on corruption and extortion charges and that about four other IPS officers were also on CBI radar. Sources said that MHA had reportedly expressed its displeasure to CP, Golchha, but there was no visible improvement. Golchha is an IPS officer of the 1992 batch.
