Now it is almost certain, Director Enforcement Sanjay Mishra will continue till his superannuation in year end. He is 1984 batch IRS(IT) officer.

ED Sanjay Mishra, who is IRS (IT) officer in Secretary rank, has been asked to continue on his post. It means the PM has reposed faith in 1984 batch IRS officer despite his promotion to the rank of Secretary. Earlier rumours were rife of his change.
