Who is Naraz 'Phupha' in the Election Commission of India?

Presently the CEC and one EC are batchmates. And one EC is a batch junior. Now the question is doing the rounds of political and bureaucratic circles is - who is the Naraz 'Phufa in EC among the three who has landed the poll body in a new row. Will the 'Naraz Phupha' quit or be asked to resign?
