Who will take over as J&K Chief Secretary? Will incumbent get an extension

Speculations are rife that IAS Shaleen Kabra (1992-AGMUT), has also emerged as a leading contender to succeed incumbent Atal Dulloo (1989-AGMUT) as the Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, though no official appointment has been finalized yet. Is the Centre examining possible names for this post or giving Dulloo a one-year extension?
