Will Justice Satish Sharma be Chairman of NCLAT?

There are strong rumours in the judicial circles that Justice Satish Sharma, Judge of the Supreme Court of India is likely to be appointed Chairman of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). After the end of tenure of Justice Ashok Bhushan, Justice Yogesh Khanna is the officiating Chairman of the NCLAT. Justice Sharma is scheduled to superannuate by this month end. The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) was constituted under Section 410 of the Companies act 2013.
