Xpro India reappoints K Balakrishnan as Ind. Director

K Balakrishnan has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Xpro India Limited, effective May 25, 2027. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he has over four decades of professional experience in financial services and corporate advisory. He previously served as Chairman and Managing Director of Lazard India and Head of Corporate Finance and Advisory at HSBC Investment Bank.
